There was a question about hosting for django on SO, but I am looking for free one, to experiment with my first "startup" :)

There is only one free on http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/DjangoFriendlyWebHosts , but it couldn't be profitable (http://www.ambitiouslemon.com/). My app eventually will be, I hope! :)

Do you know any easy to set up hosting for a beginner that allows commercial projects? Mainly to show startup to few people and add it to portfolio... : - )

What do you mean a free profitable hosting dJango?

I assume he means a host that won't charge him and will allow him to make money off the back of the services they are giving him.

Get a dynamic dns name (dyndns.org) forward port 80 through your router to a desktop and you're done.
